Adult Ministries
There are many opportunities to get involved in the various adult ministries at St. Matthew.
Sunday and Mid-week Bible Classes
Bible Basics Class
Bible Basics Class is designed for people who want to learn or review the basic teachings of the Bible. We start a new class whenever we have a few people interested, and can schedule it at a time and place that fits your schedule. Our next class will start tentatively on 2/5 and meet every Tuesday until Easter (4/21). Sunday Adult Bible Class Our adult Bible class offers a great opportunity to dig into God's Word every Sunday morning from 9:00-9:45 am. Whether you're a life-long Christian or someone who's entirely new to the Bible, this is a great time to learn about the message of salvation God gives us. This class studies a wide variety of subjects including individual books of the Bible, topical studies, practical application, and historical studies. The class is offered while school is in session, from September through May, and we break for the summer months. Thursday Morning Bible Study St. Matthew offers another opportunity to dig into God's Word every Thursday morning from 9:00-10:00 am. This class is a unique Bible study and is not a repetition of our Sunday adult Bible class. In this class we typically study a book of the Bible, and we leave much more room for discussion. The class is offered while school is in session, from September through May, and we break for the summer months. Further Education and Support Programs At various times throughout the year, St. Matthew offers a comprehensive, balanced, and functional curriculum from a Christian perspective for a variety of different interests (e.g., Finances, Marriage, Parenting, Vacation Bible School, Easter for Kids, Christmas for Kids, etc.). If you would like to study or discuss a particular topic, please tell pastor and he will try to arrange something. Other Groups and Ministries
